My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The hotel is massive with over 1200 rooms, and while I appreciated the great breakfast options, the pool deck was quite disappointing-small and overcrowded. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, but the location left something to be desired since there weren't many places to walk to nearby at night.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, but there were some bumps along the way. The valet service did eventually get my car back, but they messed up my stereo system-it took forever to fix! The rooms have a nostalgic charm but could really use a facelift, and the breakfast was quite basic. Overall, while the hotel has potential and some nice memories attached, it definitely needs updates and better service.

The rooms carry a classic feel but are fairly outdated. My first room had a lingering smell of stale smoke, which wasn't ideal. However, I did enjoy the great views from my second room.

Service was a little inconsistent. While they were accommodating in switching my room, I faced issues with remote controls and housekeeping not responding timely. They did offer to comp our lunch at checkout, which was a nice gesture.
